Haliey Welch’s Law Firm Releases Important Statement, File Class Action Lawsuit On Her Behalf Following Hawk Tuah Meme Coin Scandal
Haliey Welch has retained a law firm following the disaster that came in the wake of her $HAWK memecoin launch, with a class action lawsuit now filed against its creators.
A PR company reached out to us on behalf of Burwick Law this Friday to clarify a number of things pertaining to the case, as Hailey having been accused of running a pump-and-dump scheme that conned her fans and investors out of significant sums.
According to the firm, Haliey did not spearhead or create the project and only received a sponsorship fee for the use of her persona. They add that she was not guaranteed to make any more money off the crypto asset following its launch.
She has since advised anyone affected to contact Burwick Law at https://www.burwick.law/newclient.
