Haliey Welch Has Reached Out To Fans And Investors

Following a silent period in the wake of the controversial launch, Haliey Welch has made another statement, revealing that she is committed to helping everyone who was impacted.

A PR firm acting on behalf of Burwick Law told TotalProSports that Haliey did not create the coin and only received a sponsorship fee for “lending her persona to those that created and deployed the memecoin, $HAWK.” 

“Outside of the initial fixed fee received before the launch, there was no guarantee she would make any additional money from the memecoin thereafter,” they added.

The firm also noted that Welch was not included in any parts of the project and had no control but received “incorrect advice” from the creators who were only interested in taking advantage of her success.

Burwick Law has filed a class action lawsuit against the creators of $HAWK.
