VIDEO: Popular YouTuber Vitaly Arrested In Philippines, Steals Cops Hat & Makes Hand Signal During Press Conference While The Country Announces They Will Not Deport Him

Russian YouTube star Vitaly Zdorovetskiy was back at it during a press conference during which it was announced that he would not be deported from the Philippines.
Vitaly was arrested in said country after harassing locals and doesn’t appear to have learned his lesson, as he snatched a policeman’s hat while Department of Interior and Local Government Secretary Jonvic Remulla presented him to the media on Monday.
The 33-year-old, who was wearing an orange T-shirt and handcuffs, took the lawman’s hat before making an “L” gesture while Remula spoke about his charges.
Check him out in the video below:
He was arrested and is being housed in a detention facility in Camp Bagong Diwa.
Vitaly, famous for his prank videos, has over 10 million subscribers on YouTube. It appears he went too far with his latest antics, but it also appears he’s in no mood to tone things down.
Vitaly’s Arrest In The Philippines Is Not His First

The Russian, whose channel is called VitalyzdTV, now resides in the United States. His videos have earned some ire for their controversial nature.
Vitaly is facing charges of unjust vexation, alarm and scandal, and attempted theft. Authorities in the Philipines insist he will be held accountable for his actions under their law.
Of course, he is no stranger to being arrested; he has experienced similar handling several times before.
