Kobe Bryant, who tragically died in a helicopter crash in 2020, is renowned as one of the greatest players in basketball history. Bryant, who was recently praised by Jalen Brunson, spent his entire 20-year career with the Los Angeles Lakers in the NBA. The 18-time All-Star has been an inspiration to countless fans, analysts, and athletes across different sports. During an interview, a former NBA player fondly recalls his favorite memory of the Lakers legend.
On a recent episode of the Podcast P with Paul George, 3-time NBA Sixth Man of the Year Lou Williams praised Bryant as the most engaging personality in the NBA, noting that he was gracious with everybody. The former NBA player also mentioned that Bryant, who ranks fourth in all-time regular season and post-season scoring, had signed personalized shoes for his mom and shirts for his cousins.
“He was so gracious with everybody… It was literally stacked to the ceiling … he sat there gracefully and signed every single piece of everything for everybody.” Lou Williams said.

Bryant’s incredible talent kept his followers captivated for years. Both players and fans gave him high marks for his astonishing career accomplishments. ‘Mamba’ was a five-time NBA champion, the 2008 NBA MVP, the 2009 and 2010 NBA Finals MVP, and the two-time NBA scoring champion.
