Conor McGregor is hyping up his highly anticipated return to the UFC by sharing sparring videos on social media. He posted a couple of training videos, which have left fans excited about his comeback as he recovers from his toe injury. However, many fight fans have criticized his training method, demanding the return of his iconic karate stance and commenting on his speed.
Notably, McGregor hasn’t fought since he broke his tibia, leaving many fans eagerly anticipating his comeback. Recently, he stirred excitement with a training video showing his quick punching speed, followed by another clip of him throwing a 1-2 punch combination. However, some fans mocked him on X, saying he “looks slow.”
McGregor, who recently turned 36, was criticized by a fan who sarcastically called him ‘grandpa’ due to his age.
One fan expressed dissatisfaction with the Irish fighter’s boxing, noting that he used to employ a karate stance but is now using a boxing stance.
Having gained weight during his time away from training, McGregor has now lost some pounds as he prepares for his comeback. One fan observed this change and commented, “Looks skinny, Conor.”
