“Shocking Twist: Astronomer CEO Andy Byron, Caught Cheating on Jumbotron at Coldplay Concert, Now Accused of Threatening His Own Employees 😳💥 Full Story & Video Below 👇👇”

Andy Byron does not seem to be a good person in terms of relationships with women and co-workers.
Byron, CEO of Astronomer, and his chief people officer, Kristin Cabot, are embroiled in controversy after a video of them snuggled up took the internet by storm, prompting immediate public backlash and affair allegations.
The video appears to show Astronomer CEO Andy Byron holding his company’s chief people officer, Kristin Cabot, in his arms at a Boston Coldplay concert.
In the video, Byron is seen clutching Cabot from behind as the pair smiles, but things quickly change when Coldplay frontman Chris Martin can be heard saying, “Oh, look at these two,” as they appear on the jumbotron.
Within seconds, Byron ducks his head below the camera, and Kristin turns around and hides her face. It is too late. They are caught.
Now, we are finding out even more about the CEO.
Andy Byron is reportedly a horrible boss.
Page Six revealed that Byron made people at his previous company quit because of how he treated them.
“Multiple former employees said Mr. Byron would lash out against employees who disagreed with him, including threatening to fire them,” reads an exposé about the cybersecurity tech company Cybereason published on the Information, a tech and business outlet.
In the article titled, “Fake Hire, Staff Departures Roil SoftBank-Backe
The report goes on to state that Byron was hired as Cybereason’s chief revenue officer in 2017 and worked there for more than two years, according to his now-deactivated LinkedIn account.
Andy Byron’s tenure at the company reportedly ruffled feathers due to the intense pressure he put on workers.
One former staffer claimed, “We started off in the right direction and were very successful, but [with] the pressure to grow employees and revenue, it was never enough to just say we were a fast-growing company. We had to be the fastest-growing.” The worker described the ordeal as “sad.”
An employee who still worked at Cybereason when the article was published in April 2018 noted, “People loved the company. Now they hate it.”
Byron’s alleged poor management skills reportedly drove many people to leave, so he would hire loyal salespeople from his former company, Fuze.
Will Andy Byron Lose His Job?

A warm embrace caught on camera between a CEO and his company’s chief people officer took the internet by storm yesterday.
Andy Byron, CEO of data analytics startup Astronomer, was featured on the jumbotron of a Coldplay concert snuggling up to his coworker, Kristin Cabot.
Many companies have strong policies against coworkers fooling around with each other. Lower-level employees are one thing, but top-of-the-food chain employees can cause problems.
It remains to be seen what happens for everybody involved.
