REPORT: Patrick Mahomes Listed On Kansas City Chiefs Injury Report Ahead of Super Bowl
The Kansas City Chiefs certainly want Patrick Mahomes to be fully fired up in the Super Bowl against the Philadelphia Eagles.
The 29-year-old is on the injury report for Wednesday as the big game in New Orleans, which will be played inside Caesars Superdome, draws closer.
Mahomes remains on the report with his lingering ankle injury.
The team has had him on the report every week since Week 16, when he sprained his right ankle against the Browns when they played back on December 15th.
Patrick Mahomes has remained a full participant since the start of the postseason.
Aside from Mahomes, they also have safety Bryan Cook, running back Kareem Hunt, offensive tackle Jawaan Taylor, and cornerback Jaylen Watson on the report.
So far, through two playoff games, Mahomes is 34-of-51 for 422 yards and two touchdowns. He has also used his feet and racked up 57 yards and two touchdowns.
