PHOTO: Jameis Winston’s Wife Is ‘Praying’ For Her Husband After 2024 Season Comes To An End
Breion Allen isn’t just Jameis Winston’s wife. She’s his everything on and off the field.
She knows the veteran quarterback needs her now more than ever.
The Browns season ending against the Baltimore Ravens means several players will be impending free agents.
Cleveland ended their season at 3-14, a long fall from their 11-6 record last year.
Among the free agents are running back Nick Chubb, wide receiver Elijah Moore, offensive tackle Jedrick Wills Jr., and quarterback Jameis Winston.
Winston is still an option to have back next season as a backup, but the team benching him at the end of the season suggests his time in Cleveland might be up.
His situation leaves his future in the NFL hanging in the balance as he enters free agency.
Jameis Winston’s wife, Breion, made sure he knew that she had his back as she took to her Instagram story to share her optimism for the 31-year-old quarterback.
Breion posted a video of the couple enjoying each other’s company. She captioned her story, “Praying 31 is the best year yet.”
For the 2024 season, Winston had 2,121 yards (192.8 per game), completing 61.1% of his passes, with 13 touchdowns and 12 interceptions.
Where Will Jameis Winston End Up?
The Browns benched turnover-prone Jameis Winston last month due to the sheer amount of interceptions he continued to throw.
Winston did not play another game after Week 15.
Winston has had both strong and weak performances in his 12 games with the Cleveland Browns this season.
He may have done enough to ensure a few teams would come calling for a backup role on the team.
The talent is still there; he just needs to back off the interceptions.
