Texas Longhorns quarterback Quinn Ewers has a seven-figure reason to come back to college football and do so with another program.

While Ewers’ 2025 plans are still unknown, another program is reportedly trying to lure him away from Austin for at least one more season.

Ewers, the talented quarterback for the Texas Longhorns, faces a pivotal decision following the College Football Playoff.

As the Texas Longhorns prepare for their College Football Playoff quarterfinal matchup with Arizona State in the Peach Bowl, ON3’s Pete Nakos reveals that the former Ohio State transfer received an offer of $6 million to enter the transfer portal rather than going to the NFL.

Quinn Ewers would have to enter the transfer portal and commit to that program to get the money. It remains unknown which program is making this offer.

For those who want to know, this is indeed tampering, but since the program hasn’t been mentioned, they cannot face backlash.

Quinn Ewers Is Trying To End His 2024 Campaign With A National Championship

Big 12 champion Arizona State squares off against SEC runner-up Texas in the Peach Bowl quarterfinal.

Despite all of the rumors about Quinn Ewers, he is trying to finish out his 2024 campaign strong.

One way to get his name buzzing even more is to rack up wins in the College Football Playoffs and secure a National Championship victory.

He’s helped Texas reach the quarterfinals of the College Football Playoff this year while compiling 2,867 yards through the air, 26 touchdowns, and 10 interceptions.
