Browns’ Jerry Jeudy plays blame game in 3 words as report of failed Jets trade goes viral
Jerry Jeudy could have been a New York Jets player if only he had better ratings in the popular Electronic Arts game, Madden. While most managers and owners conduct a thorough analysis if they should sign a player, “The Athletic” reported that Jets owner Woody Johnson refused to sign Jerry Jeudy when he was up for grabs because his score on the video game was low.
After the report went viral on Thursday, Jeudy finally broke his silence on the entire matter with a three-word X (formerly, Twitter) post. He said that he blamed Chad “Ocho” Johnson for the trade that never happened.
“I blame 😂@ochocinco” Jerry Jeudy wrote on X.
