Shaquille O’Neal, commonly known as Shaq, is considered one of the greatest basketball players and centers of all time. This legendary player spent 19 seasons in the NBA, playing for six different teams: the Orlando Magic, Los Angeles Lakers, Miami Heat, Phoenix Suns, Cleveland Cavaliers, and Boston Celtics.

After retiring from basketball, O’Neal began his entertainment career as DJ Diesel and an NBA analyst. The 52-year-old legend has been entertaining basketball fans for years on the show “Inside the NBA,” which is set to end after the next season. Despite recently criticizing Rudy Gobert as the worst NBA player, O’Neal still expresses a desire to demonstrate his dominance on the court.

According to a recent post on Reddit, O’Neal mentioned that he would love to play against current-era players because he believes that today’s NBA is less physical.

“I’d actually love to play in today’s era… it’s less physical. I’d bring a little more physicality, I’d bring my length, I’d bring my athleticism, and I’d be Greek Freak [Giannis ‘Antekanumbo’].” O’Neal said.

Shaq expressed that he would bring more physicality, length, and athleticism to the game. The four-time NBA champion mentioned that if he played today, he would be similar to Giannis Antetokounmpo.
