Jedidiah Duggar and pregnant wife Katey are expecting twins
Double trouble for Jedidiah Duggar!
The “19 Kids and Counting” alum’s wife, Katey Duggar, is pregnant with twin baby girls.
While sharing their excitement with People on Thursday, the couple pointed out that Jedidiah, 25, is a twin himself.
“The bond between twins is truly special, and I can’t wait to see them grow and experience life together,” the “thrilled” former reality star gushed of his “double blessings.”
He and Katey, also 25, joked that their other children have “no idea just how much their lives are about to change.”
The duo previously welcomed son Truett, 2, and daughter Nora, 1, in May 2022 and June 2023, respectively.
“We’re excited to watch their bond as siblings grow and to see the fun and love multiply in our home,” they told the outlet. “This new chapter will bring endless joy and shared adventures for our whole family!”
The “Counting On” alums noted that their little ones will be “the first twin grandbabies” in the famous brood.
Jedidiah’s parents, Michelle Duggar and Jim Bob Duggar, attended the couple’s gender reveal party, along with some of their other family members.
Katey and her husband used pink confetti cannons to find out the sexes of their upcoming arrivals.
The couple got married in April 2021 after “quietly developing [their] relationship” out of the public eye.
“For a long time I have prayed for my future spouse, not knowing who that person would be,” the groom wrote via Instagram after their nuptials.
“God answered my prayers far beyond what I could have ever imagined in Katey!” Jedidiah continued. “Katey, the thought of sharing the rest of my life with you makes me the happiest man in the world! I love you so much!! ❤️ #happilyeverafter.”
Jedidiah and his twin, Jeremiah, were Jim Bob and Michelle’s 10th and 11th children when they arrived in December 1998.
So far, the pair have 33 — and counting — grandkids.
