Mark Sanchez’s 69-Year-Old Assault Victim May Have Committed Major No-No That Could Land Him In Hot Water

Mark Sanchez might not be the only person in trouble over his actions in Indianapolis.
The 69-year-old truck driver who was seriously injured in a fight that prosecutors say was started by the former NFL quarterback and sports analyst may have been in violation of a strict policy with his employer, according to TMZ.
Restaurant Technologies, the delivery company that Tole works for, told the publication that its rulebook “includes language restricting the possession of weapons while performing work duties or on company property.”
Tole told police that he was forced to use his knife on Sanchez after the pepper spray he used had little effect. He ended up stabbing Mark Sanchez multiple times in the upper torso.
Released footage later showed the analyst walking on the sidewalk, clutching that area following the confrontation.
Tole was in violation of the no-weapon policy, but the company is aware that firing him while he was the victim would look terrible on their part.
“As this is an active ongoing investigation, we have not made any determination if action in regard to that policy is applicable, or would be applied in this situation. Our priority is the health and recuperation of our employee.”
The company added that they have been in contact with Tole and his family “to offer support and will be determining what is needed in the days and weeks to come.”
Mark Sanchez Is Facing Multiple Years In Prison

Former New York Jets quarterback turned NFL analyst Mark Sanchez now faces a felony charge after a stabbing incident.
News broke over the weekend that Sanchez was hospitalized in Indianapolis after being stabbed on Saturday. After news of the stabbing broke, police later announced that Sanchez was arrested in the hospital following his alleged role in the incident.
Sanchez, who was arrested Saturday and charged with three misdemeanors, has since been charged with Level 5 felony battery.
A picture of Tole circulating online shows him in a neck brace on a hospital bed, covered in blood with a deep slash to the side of his face.
A Level 5 felony battery charge can carry a one-to-six year sentence and a $10,000 fine.
His situation can get even worse after prosecutor Ryan Mears said Sanchez could actually go as high as 16 years as a result of his charge.
