Reps for the couple did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
The couple spent two years searching for their perfect love nest before landing on the jaw-dropping property in May 2023.
They reportedly purchased the home for $60.85 million in all cash.
The mansion was listed for $135 million in 2018 before dropping it to $75 million five years later.
Although the “Gigli” co-stars purchased the home for well under the asking price, they’ll likely be left in the red due to the cost of renovations and the Los Angeles mansion tax.
Despite shelling out serious cash, Affleck reportedly never even “liked” the home.
Last month, an insider told People that the pair had been unhappy with their purchase for a while.
“Ben never liked the house,” the source shared. “It’s too far away from his kids.”
Even Lopez reportedly thought the property was “too big for her.”
