Brittany and Patrick Mahomes react to pals Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift’s engagement
Brittany and Patrick Mahomes are celebrating the new chapter in Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift’s love story.
After the Kansas City Chiefs tight end and the “Bad Blood” singer announced they were engaged Tuesday, the Mahomeses took to social media to celebrate the happy couple.
Brittany, 29, reshared the power couple’s post to her Instagram Stories and wrote, “Two of the most genuine people meet & fall in love. Just so happy for these two cry 🤍.”
Patrick, also 29, took to his Instagram Stories, writing three heart emojis under his repost of Swift and Kelce’s engagement photos.
The Chiefs quarterback and his wife’s post came moments after the Grammy winner and NFL star, both 35, shared the exciting news with the world.
In a joint Instagram post, the newly engaged couple posed together while surrounded by a garden of white and pink flowers.

In one of the photos, Kelce was down on one knee while he looked up at Swift, who rocked a Polo Ralph Lauren striped midi dress, as she grabbed his face. In another snap, the pop star placed her legs over the athlete’s thighs as they sat on a bench together.
“Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married 🧨,” they captioned the post.
The pair also set the post to Swift’s “So High School” from her “Tortured Poets Department” album.
