Colorado Star Travis Hunter Is Being Praised For Refusing To Answer One Specific Question At The NFL Combine

Travis Hunter has refused to answer a particular question while at the NFL Scouting Combine.
The Colorado cornerback and wide receiver is the highest-rated prospect ahead of the upcoming Draft and is expected to go first overall this year after a stellar season with the Buffaloes.
Hunter spoke to members of the media on Friday but would not entertain a particular question despite being asked several times.
According to Justin Rogers of Detroit Football Network, the CU star replied “next question” every time he was asked whether he had met with a particular team. Rogers claimed to be a “bigger fan” of the star DB for how he handled himself.
“Travis Hunter responding with ‘Next question’ every time he was asked whether he met with a specific team at the combine only makes him more elite. Big fan,” he wrote.
The Tennessee Titans have the No. 1 overall pick in this year’s draft and are said to be keen on a “generational talent.”
Travis Hunter has often been described as such, having excelled on both sides of the ball in college. But, despite Travis’ ability to play as both a receiver and a defensive back, he can’t fill all of the positions the Titans need to address, which is why they’re believed to have made their pick available.
Travis Hunter Could Drop Several Spots In The Upcoming NFL Draft

Should Tennessee trade their pick, Hunter could drop a few spots in the draft because teams will be looking to pick the best available quarterbacks, one of whom is his Buffaloes teammate, Shedeur Sanders.
Hunter’s unique skillset has made him one of the most attractive prospects in 2025. Even so, whether an NFL coach will allow him to play as both a wide receiver and cornerback the way Deion Sanders did remains to be seen.
