Taylor Swift fans upset that Kendrick Lamar didn’t perform ‘Bad Blood’ during Super Bowl halftime show
Now they got bad blood.
Taylor Swift’s fans are disappointed that Kendrick Lamar did not perform their collab, “Bad Blood,” during the Super Bowl halftime show at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans on Sunday.
“You have countless swifties watching the Super Bowl and you couldn’t simply ask Taylor for the rights to your version of bad blood. Pathetic!” one fan tweeted.
“not me being so delusional i thought taylor swift might perform badblood with kendrick lamar ,” another added.
“Just really feel like Bad Blood would’ve brought a little razzle dazzle to the halftime show,” a third chimed in.
“Kendrick had the opportunity to do the most iconic thing & bring Taylor out for bad blood but he didn’t smh,” a fourth agreed.
“Kendrick Lamar totally missed out on the opportunity to break the internet and perform Bad Blood. Old mate failed the world,” someone else wrote.
In September 2024, Apple Music and the NFL announced via Instagram that Lamar, 37, would be headlining the Super Bowl LIX Halftime Show in February 2025 with a photo of the rapper sitting on a football field in front of an American flag background.
The “Luther” rapper also shared the news on social media with a video of himself tossing footballs on a field.
Throughout 2024, Lamar and “God’s Plan” emcee, 38, exchanged shots at each other through vicious diss tracks, including “Family Matters” and “Euphoria.”
