Olivia Holzmacher is giving a life update.

The Nashville-based influencer, 27, opened up on Instagram on Feb. 2 for the first time since breakup speculation swirled around her relationship status with ex-boyfriend Joe Burrow, 28, in December 2024.

“Be intentional , do the hard $hit , && show, don’t tell. I found my deeper well,” Holzmacher captioned a carousel of symbols that hint at healing and renewal in the new year.

Her post’s images included a rainbow, a dove with an olive branch, mindful hobbies and a butterfly. One slide also featured a shelf of self-reflection books, like, Get Out of Your Head, Healing Through Words, You’re Going to Make It and 8 Rules of Love.

Rumors that the couple split began on Dec. 9 when model Olivia Ponton, 22, notified police that the Cincinnati Bengals quarterback’s home in Ohio got broken into while he had an away game with the team against the Dallas Cowboys in Texas.

Shortly after the break-in, an insider told PEOPLE that Burrow and Ponton have been “hooking up” for months. All the while, neither Burrow nor his college sweetheart — who he had been dating since 2017 — had addressed their relationship status.

Holzmacher’s recent Instagram post and simple caption has her followers convinced it’s her subtle way to say her relationship with the NFL star has ended. Her post was filled with over one thousand supportive messages, many of which she liked.

One commenter wrote, “Queens, take notes! She disappeared for a year and two days — no posts, no noise, just healing. She read. She created. She played with Legos and grew plants. She rode horses. Another user commented, “Love that you’re doing the work to re-discover yourself. It’s not easy at all but you can do it! Go girl!!”

Holzmacher and Burrow’s relationship began in August 2017 after they met for the first time at Ohio State University. The football player eventually transferred to Louisiana State University and was selected first overall in the 2020 NFL Draft.

Although Burrow ended up at a different school, Holzmacher continued her education at Ohio State, studying data analytics and social sciences. She graduated in 2019, the same year the athlete won the national championship with LSU and the Heisman Trophy.

Ponton and Burrow had been reportedly hooking up since early fall last year, though they had been “keeping it casual,” per PEOPLE’s exclusive source.

The influencer and Bengals QB have not yet been spotted together in public. They’ve also never addressed their relationship status.
