VIDEO: Eagles Fan Risked His Life By Flying From Light Pole During NFC Championship Celebration In The Streets Of Philly

The Philadelphia Eagles are headed to New Orleans for Super Bowl LIX after beating the Washington Commanders on Sunday, and fans came out to celebrate.

Eagles fans wasted no time celebrating after the Birds won the NFC championship, 55-23, over the Washington Commanders on Sunday at Lincoln Financial Field.

Fans packed Broad Street in Center City to see what they could get into, and some of them took things way too far to celebrate as the Eagles punched their ticket to the Super Bowl for the second time in three seasons.

One Philadelphia Eagles inexplicably climbed a light pole and thought he was an actual eagle as he grabbed onto a flag and tried to use it to lower himself back down to the ground.

Instead, he would go flying to the ground below.

There was No word on whether he fell on anybody below or smacked the concrete.

Hopefully, no Philadelphia Eagles fans were harmed during this celebration.

Super Bowl LIX is scheduled for Feb. 9 and will air on FOX.

Philadelphia Eagles Headed To Super Bowl For 2nd Time In Three Years

Eagles fans flooded Philadelphia streets after the team secured a trip to Super Bowl LIX in New Orleans.

This is the second time they are headed back to the Super Bowl in three years.

Since the end of September, the Eagles have lost just once and are on their way to Super Bowl LIX.

One more victory will give the Eagles the second title in franchise history.
