Bonnie Blue could face up to 15 years in prison after the adult star was arrested just last week (December 5).
The adult content creator, whose real name is Tia Billinger, was arrested last Friday alongside 15 Australian men.
The maximum penalty for her crimes, if she’s convicted, mean that the star could face up to 15 years in jail, and could receive a fine of up to $359,018 dollars.
But it’s not the first time the star has been in trouble with authorities.
Bonnie was previously banned from entering Australia, where she also planned to through a ‘Schoolies’ event in November 2024, aimed at barely-legal 18 year olds.
But the star was ‘on tour’ in Bali when the arrest occurred.

Speaking to her fans prior to the event, she said: “Hey boys, those that are going to Schoolies and to those who are barely legal, cannot wait to meet you – and I’m in Bali, so you know exactly what that means.”
She’s known for performing controversial stunts – arguably the most shocking being the day she slept with 1,057 men in just 12 hours.
Despite marketing her events at teenagers who have just turned 18, Bonnie rejects claims that her behaviour is predatory.
She notes that boys must complete ‘mulitple’ consent forms prior to the interaction.
Speaking to news.com.au, she said: “They have chosen to contact me, given consent and allowed me to film.
“There’s lots of talking – I discuss content, pleasure, and what to expect and then during the filming, I ask them what they enjoy.
“I understand people may not agree with the content I make; however, that doesn’t make me a predator, nor is my behaviour predatory.”
She added: “I’m educating the younger generation on safe s**, consent and allowing them to understand their bodies and those they’re sleeping with.

“No one is ever pressured or even contacted by myself; it’s their decision and their bodies.”
Bonnie was visiting Indonesia for the first time last week, when she was arrested following a tip-off the police received.
Authorities sezied several items from the star, after they raided a studio that she was filming in at the time.
These included professional cameras, contraceptives, erectile drugs, and her allegedly untaxed ‘Bonnie Blue B***bus’ truck.
The contents of her Instagram account have also been seized, where she promotes her ‘barely legal’ events.
Speaking to News.com.au., managing partner at PNB Immigration, Philo Dellano, said: “She is being detained by the police, which means they can proceed to prosecute her.

“But in my opinion, if there is an ‘invisible hand’ that requests that she be deported, she can be transferred to the nearest immigration office, from where she will be deported from Indonesia.”
He added: “This type of industry p***ography, there is always someone or an organisation that controls it to make a profit, so it may not be straightforward for her to be prosecuted in Indonesia.”
The star and her gang were arrested on suspicion of violating Indonesia’s strict anti-p***ography laws.
Bonnie and the Australians have since been released from the station, but the adult star will be summoned for another interview within the next 48 hours.
Indonesian authorities will then decide how to proceed with her case.
The Southeast Asian country has strict laws banning the production, distribution and public display of p***ographic material.
Badung police chief M Arif Batubara told reporters: “It is suspected that the place was used by the alleged perpetrator to produce p***ographic videos.”
The 26-year-old has been travelling around in her so-called ‘b**gbus’ for some time, attracting university students from the UK and beyond to star in her adult content.
But it seems that the consequences of her events are about to get very serious.
Despite being released until further questioning by police, her passport has been confiscated.
It’s thought that authorities might keep her in the country until January or February next year, when media attention surrounding the incident has died down.
